I am a PhD student under the supervision of Dr Jean-François Guégan. I am funded by the European integrated project EDEN (Emerging Diseases in a Changing European Environment). My work focuses on the links between complex community dynamics and human health concerns. I am trying to develop an integrative framework using my background in mathematical modeling and computational biology. I am particularly interested in network theory and the development of multi-agent systems in ecology and epidemiology.
